My Healing Yoga provides mobile yoga services In Your Home, On Your Time. Serving the communities of Monterey, Watsonville, Santa Cruz, Scotts Valley,
San Lorenzo Valley and Silicon Valley, I will work with you in the privacy of your own home to develop a routine of yoga postures, breathing exercises,
and Ayurvedic nutrition suited for your body and needs. I specialize in working with individuals suffering from chronic pain and ailments with a
focus on Women's Health Issues such as irregular menses, fibroids, and endometriosis.
I teach classes at Yoga Center Santa Cruz, Galleria Wellness Center, Harmony Birth & Family, Kaiser Santa Clara and conduct workshops on a periodic basis. I also assist Karyn Bristol's Yoga for Back Care classes at Yoga Within in Aptos.
